Tell us about access before dispatch: the floor you are on, whether there is a lift, and the narrowest doorway or stair turn. A mattress that cannot make the turn is the most common delivery problem and the easiest one to avoid.
12 year manufacturer warranty. This is Fibrelux's term, not the KITA guarantee, and a warranty is the weaker of the two. It is triggered by sag over 1.5 inches, and it is not a 1 to 1 exchange: repair or replacement is at your own cost. A longer number does not make it better cover. Why a guarantee is not a warranty.
Emissions. Fibrelux coir is tested formaldehyde free in Japan, Korea and China, and the latex core is tested hazard free. The certificates are shown in the product images.
